Welcome to the Sterling Morton website. This site will allow you to access information about our school and will assist you in supporting your child’s education.
At Sterling Morton, we strive for academic excellence and the development of well-rounded, caring students who will become positive members of the community. During the past school year (2005-06) we received a rating of “Excellent” from the Ohio Department of Education. This was based on the results of the Ohio Achievement Tests taken last spring. Our dedicated and hardworking staff and students are very pleased with this accomplishment!
Our students are also striving to develop the skills of P.R.I.D.E. When you hear us speaking of “Morton PRIDE,” we are talking about Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Diversity and Excellence. By focusing on these areas and celebrating our Morton PRIDE, we are truly living up to our vision of “Lighting the Way for Tomorrow’s Leaders.”
